TSA 제조시 0.6% Yeast Extract를 첨가하는게 공전상 방법인데 이게 사용하는 배지량에 0.6%인지 아니면 첨가하는 증류수의 0.6%인지 잘 모르겠네요. 현재 DIFCO 제품 사용중인데 1L에 40g을 사용하잖아요, 첨가하는 Yeast Extract의 양은 몇 g일까요?
